Fox Hill Cheese House is a sixth generation family farm hand crafting specialty cheese including plain and herbed gouda havarti quark feta parmesran fresh curds cheddar natural yogurt gelato and later in 2010 pasteurized non-homogenized milk in glass bottles. All Foxhill products use the milk from the farm s 50 Holstein cows. Foxhill cheese can be found at the on-farm retail processing facility every Saturday at the Wolfville and Halifax Farmers markets at some local wineries health food stores and selected farm markets throughout the province.
